Foxy Show Browbands products are fully guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of product and the product will be repaired if it is found to be faulty.
Products being returned must be returned in the same condition as they were received ie: unused and undamaged.
Browbands can not be returned if you have given me the incorrect measurement/mismeasured your browband.
Damage due to post can not be covered, I package all browbands well with bubble wrap. Browbands can be sent via Courier for added safety if required.
